- april 24 – 12:30am: backupped everything, synced production site and overwrote staging site; minified MYSQL databases (all), left javascript intact for slider revolution 7 in parts, those javascript snippets are now secondary prioritized
- april 24 – 12:30am: revamped the site roadmap page
- april 24 – 12am: deactivated global wide caching to zero – the site is now fast enough to allow no caching at all – even though offering very high resolution with almost zero compression side-wide; this ensures that every visitor of the site instantly sees the changes pushed from the staging site to the production site; it also means that the AETMEN website is constantly reaching its set goal to be a major fashion piieces database and knowledge-base internationally when it comes to handpicked brands & toughtful curations of seasons
- april 23 – 12am: (finally) the header menu was globally fixed for all mobile devices concerning height (it was too big until now); this is a convenient design look now on mobile devices (not reached optimal values yet) in conjunction with the slider revolution slideshows – they don’t vanish on mobile on wrong breaking points now; this fix will now have global design impact and offers an overall very beautiful (and especially performative) mobile view experience
- april 23 – 11am: Barena portfolio bug is fixed; updated slider revolution 7.0.1 to 7.0.2; it’s yet unclear what caused the bug in the first place, most probably slider revolution 6 didn’t migrate correctly to 7
- april 22 – 10am: fixed a bug that corrupted the Barena Venezia Slider (untransitioned slideshow from 6 to version 7); the problem was solved with theme rex shortcode for slider revolution 7
- april 21 – 1pm: further pimped the sidemenu – it has a cleaner design now on all devices
- april 21 – 1pm: finalised the ss26 landingpage slider including all typography animations, final animation CI, transitions and bullets; this template will now serve for all sitewide slidershows to remain consistency in design – in respect to the AETMEN CI
- april 21 – 2am: revamped the landing page slider with new slider revolution 7 features like direct link buttons at each slider, reduced the slider show to fewer but better slides; these “view” buttons will now be added to all sliders side-wite – to remain a) consistency and b) for user convenience to quickly jump & find what they are actually seeing in those slides
- april 20 – 4pm: revamped landing page slider via the updated slider revolution 7 extra style – module – the typography is now layered with a backdrop blur & style presets within the range of AETMEN CI colors, which results in higher readability on busy backgrounds without cropping away too much of the actual shown model in the slider (which again is a preferred design pattern within the CI-framework defined & constantly re-defined & updated)
- april 19 – 11pm: updated slider revolution 6 engine to version 7 successfully; now all slideshows at our website are running with the newest / latest engine update – no transitional bugs were spotted so far
- april 19 – 10pm: fixed the sidemenu icon in the header menu for all devices (desktop & mobile devices), further pimped the actual slider menu spacings for all devices

- april 14 – 9pm: added Baracuta slides to landing page slideshow, ss26 slideshow and generally pimped and revamped the Baracuta portfolio page slideshow with highest possible resolution within the current WP framework – while keeping image sizes as low as possible (2556×1440 => ~ 1 MB)

- april 10 – 5am: fonts in the main menu and drop down menu are now finally smaller, less letter spacing and less row spacing on all devices and systems

- april 10 – 1am: activated sidebar widgets in single blog posts, including tags, recent blog posts and a cover-link for ss26 overview-page
- april 9 – 12pm: substantially increased the overall performance of the site via minifying databases, deleting revisions and drafts and more optimizations

- april 6 – 12:30pm: added fully EUGDPR compatible cookies bar in the left bottom corner, as well as cookies settings in the right bottom corner – including user cookies settings & AETMEN privacy policy; in other words: aetmen.com is now fully EUGDPR compliant, trust levels are set to maximum therefore – both – for users and google search crawlers, as well as future online-shops
- april 6 – 12am: AETMEN logo in the dark panel menu increased in size and has now 100% column full width
- april 6 – 11am: further revamped the videos page, got rid of blurry preview video images on youtube
- april 6 – 4:30am: revamped ASPESI & Universal Works. – portfolio pages – synchronised portfolio page-formats and archive galleries-sections, as well as headings and all the other sections including spacings
- april 6 – 4am: revamped imprint page: format is now two columns, which is a better theme-solution visually accross all screen devices (pc, mac, mobile)
- april 6 – 2am: revamped footer section again: removed the copyright notice – it is in the imprint section now, and in the panel dark menu. this fixed overal an issue with mobile devices in portrait format
- april 5 – 10pm: tuned and made every section column to be in a logical parallel design-line with the header AETMEN logo when the header menu pops down when scrolling on desktop computers – in relation to the rest pages content; all columns in pages received a padding on every side – fully compatible with mobile devices; this gives the overall design a much cleaner look; unnecessary sections and columns were removed to boost overall performance
- april 5 – 9pm: tuned overall performance and set wide sections of the site not to be saved in local cache for user convenience when browsing with their devices – while leaving minimal footprint on hard disks – while also ensuring high dynamic content rotation – without having to clear the cache beforehand to see the changes; further revamped the panel dark menu right section for mobile devices, especially iPads, but also Macbooks.

- april 5 – 8:30pm: fixed & revamped landing page section & video section. unwanted gaps appearing on iOS and MacOS browsers – were fixed; video section has been entirely revamped and is now much more performant

site roadmap (very brief outline)
aetmen.com is intended to be a highly dynamic site with always changing content – as is also the case in real life with our always changing fashion-selection at our store in vienna. therefore very few actual site-data is cached on the user’s hard disks on their respective devices while browsing this website – nevertheless, offering highest speed & performance with especially optimized media. the site is – without breaks – under performance & speed audit and seeks newest forms of media embeds. in the very near future (in the course of 2026) AETMEN will implement a fully featured online shop into the site structure. the site will grow synchronized to the store – which will eventually substantially expand – within the district neubau in vienna.
